Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
